Summer Breakdown

Does anyone else want to lock their children in their bedrooms for the rest of the summer!? My boys are going to put me in the loony bin and they have only been out of school for 1 week. I still have 10 more to go. Hopefully it will get better. I guess I should be more optimistic: it will get better because I am going to think up some really good threats!

Hey glad to see you back! I was just thinking the same thing. They are not going to like what I come up with for the next few months!

Yeah, I'm with ya! On the Friday after school got out, I saw one of my friends at the gym and asked how her first day of summer was. She said, "I didn't expect to get this mad already. It usually takes me two weeks to get this mad." I totally could relate. I love my kids, but man, can they try my patience sometimes.

Hang in there, I dont know how it is w/older kids, just keep breathing, and keep them busy, w/lots of stuff to do! Call me, I would love to get together.

You crack me up! I think we've all felt that way a time or two. Yesterday I turned a corner and found one kid giving the other kid a "nuggie" while that kid was pulling leg hairs as some form of defense.

Hang in there, school starts again August 11th!

lol it probably doesn't help being pregnant in the hot summer either! My kids are driving me nuts too, it's not only you. Our xbox broke this week and it was hard enough entertaining them WITH it, let alone without it. Good luck! We should all get together and go swimming or something.

Congrats on the birth of your beautiful baby boy! We look forward to seeing some adorable pictures on your blog. By the way, if you have some time between the 2 am feedings and motherhood craziness, I've tagged you with the "random things" blogging game. You can check out the rules on my blog.
Congrats again, and good luck trying to share that cute baby with everyone!
